Théâtre des Carmes / textes de Jacques Rebotier, Joël Pommerat, Rodrigo Garcia, Jean-Pierre Burlet, Javier Abril et Olivia Rosenthal / mes Ana Abril
« Je trace une ligne pâle avec de la craie, partagez-vous la poussière. » : cette phrase de Rodrigo Garcia a déclenché le processus d’écriture qui a conduit Ana Abril à composer la trame textuelle de son spectacle, en choisissant les auteurs qui lui paraissent fondamentaux. En respectant l’écriture de chacun, elle a créé son propre univers, d’où a émergé « un personnage qui représente le pouvoir et sa gourmandise insatiable ». La succession des tableaux est reliée par l’analyse du mythe de Sisyphe, telle que Camus la formule.
Jusqu’où peut-on aller trop loin ?
« Des textes qui s’indignent, pour certains contre la brutalité et l’absurdité des sociétés contemporaines dont le capitalisme sauvage nie toute l’humanité. D’autres textes plus intimes et poétiques parlent de la peur au ventre, du vertige, des relations homme / femme. » Les personnages sont comme des âmes sans domicile fixe : « ils agissent, font et défont, se haïssent ou s’unissent contre un. Celui-là même qui, par sa défiance et son arrogance, sa solitude et sa frustration, a dépassé les limites de l’inacceptable. » Dans une atmosphère qui oscille entre noirceur et euphorie, la pièce interroge les limites de la relation à l’autre et celles de la prise de risque, pour finir en une sorte de conte philosophique posant la question de la responsabilité.
