Dans le cadre majestueux de l’église Saint-Roch et sur le superbe orgue Cavaillé-Coll du lieu, la jeune Isabelle Sebah, élève de Susan Landale et François-Henri Houbart, interprète un répertoire varié, de Bach à Thierry Escaich en passant par Balbastre, Wagner et Mendelssohn. Rompant avec l’austérité habituelle du récital, cinq écrans vidéo permettront de suivre « de l’intérieur » la formation des sons, tandis que le quintette de cuivres Eterna prolongera à sa manière les sonorités de l’orgue, entre dialogue et « clins d’œil ». Surtout, Isabelle Sebah introduira la soirée depuis l’orgue de chœur par une conférence illustrée d’exemples musicaux. Une exemplaire initiative, musicale autant que pédagogique, visant à sortir l’orgue de sa tour d’ivoire.
