A quoi rêvent les adolescents ? Fasciné par cette période de la vie où les adultes en construction sont particulièrement en quête d’identité et de sens, l’auteur et metteur en scène Jacques Descorde, directeur artistique de la compagnie des Docks, a rencontré des ados « de tous bords », les a écoutés parler de leur vie, de l’amour, de leurs envies, de leurs frustrations, de politique, etc. En s’inspirant de leurs histoires, il a imaginé celle de deux adolescentes qui se lient d’amitié pour survivre à des parents monstrueux. « L’adolescence est (…) l’âge où se percutent deux mondes : le monde rêvé de l’adolescent contre le monde réel de l’adulte. C’est une vision du monde contre une autre vision du monde. Un idéal contre un ordre établi. » Pour donner « la sensation d’un espace suspendu, en équilibre précaire au-dessus du monde », il a conçu une scénographie faite de toits-terrasses d’immeubles. Une jolie idée pour révéler les fantasmagories, les rêves, les pulsions inconscientes et les vies intimes des adolescents.
