Théâtre des Barriques / de Jonas Hassen Khemiri / mes Mélanie Charvy
Yasmine Boujjat, Millie Duyé, Aurélien Pawloff, Paul-Antoine Veillon. Ils ont entre 19 et 22 ans, et investissent, sous la direction de Mélanie Charvy, les quatre personnages de J’appelle mes frères*. Au centre de ce drame contemporain, l’explosion d’une voiture piégée – attentat qui plonge un jeune homme “issu de l’immigration” dans un maelstrom de troubles et de questionnements identitaires. « Que se passe-t-il dans la tête d’Amor ?, s’interroge la metteure en scène du spectacle. Pourquoi n’arrive-t-il pas à surmonter ses angoisses, à les dominer ou à vivre avec ? Comment vit-il le regard suspicieux que la société dans laquelle il évolue porte sur lui ? » Dénonçant la tentation de l’amalgame et du repli sur soi, le texte de Jonas Hassen Khemiri réinterroge la notion d’étranger et met en perspective les ravages de la stigmatisation ethnique.
