A lire la programmation, on a peine à croire ce foisonnement hétéroclite. Une originalité inhérente au projet, projet qui explore l’âme, le geste, la matière sonore, avec pour pivot la musique, la voix et l’homme, et pour fil conducteur l’échange créatif. On retrouve des artistes déconcertants, dont quelques « habitués », des associations excitantes, véritables poudrières de styles et de personnalités. « Les espaces de véritable liberté se font rares, peu d’artistes ont encore la place, le courage ou la possibilité de se défaire des formats imposés par l’industrie culturelle ou les institutions. Entre la culture « de masse » et la culture institutionnalisée telle qu’on la conçoit habituellement, il existe aujourd’hui un océan de créativité, d’exigence, de liberté et de rencontres potentielles qui dépasse allègrement ces frontières. C’est dans cette zone de dialogue, d’échange et de liberté esthétique que nous nous situons » rappelle Blaise Merlin, directeur de ce festival incomparable.
Imaginaires et pensées profondes s’emmêlent avec effervescence
Une première soirée (jeudi 20) promet une réflexion poético-philosophique sur l’indiscipline artistique, où les voix mouvantes de Nosfell, Médéric Collignon, Elise Caron ou Eric Elmosnino s’aiguiseront au contact d’Edward Perraud ou de Serge Teyssot Gay. Vendredi 21, la Campagnie des Musiques à Ouïr – incontournable en ces territoires d’exploration transversale – invitera entre autres artistes buissonniers l’extrême Brigitte Fontaine. Dernières salves samedi : acrobates au sol ou au ciel feront frémir l’accordéon de Pascal Contet, entre riffs beatbox et nuées de harpe, le tout ponctué d’interventions voltigeantes et clownesques. Et la liste peut encore être déroulée, véritable manifeste de l’art en action, de l’art du sens.
