Une soirée de choc s’annonce aux Petits Joueurs, ce restaurant-club des plus chaleureux du 19ème arrondissement où Jimi Drouillard a ses bonnes habitudes. Celles d’y jouer et chanter en rendant hommage à ses idoles (Santana, Zappa, Jimi Hendrix…) ou encore, comme ce soir, en y conviant des amis : Les Rapetous. Derrière le nom rigolard et nostalgique de ce groupe se cachent en réalité quatre monstres sacrés des studios parisiens, trois guitaristes et un bassiste de premier rang, pas forcément connus du grand public, mais dont les noms (Basile Leroux, Manu Galvin, Serge Malik et Laurent Cokelaere) jalonnent le line-up de centaines de disques qui ont bercé notre jeunesse : Higelin, Eddy Mitchell, Véronique Sanson, Julien Clerc, Jean-Jacques Goldman, Michel Jonasz, Renaud, Alain Souchon, Charles Aznavour, Gilbert Bécaud, Henri Salvador, Michel Berger, Liza Minelli, etc. Ces piliers des studios parisiens, unis par une solide amitié, une gourmandise sans œillères et leur passion intacte pour la musique se réunissent ponctuellement mais régulièrement pour le plaisir de jouer ensemble sur scène et de partager en toute simplicité leur blues-rock truculent et revigorant.
