« J’écris de chez les moches, pour les moches, les vieilles, les camionneuses, les frigides, les mal baisées, les imbaisables, les hystériques, les tarées, toutes les exclues du grand marché à la bonne meuf. » L’attaque est rude, directe en piqué, visant les icônes usinées en série sur les parangons de la féminité siliconée. Ou simplement cousues serré au fil des siècles dans les mentalités. La plume incisive, carrément mordante, Virginie Despentes écorche d’un trait sec le portrait de la femme idéale telle que gentiment taillée par la vision commune, c’est-à-dire celle des hommes, machistes au mieux par inadvertance, souvent par convention ou habitude. Tellement naturels, les stéréotypes de genres… Avec une drôlerie sournoise, elle dézingue la virilité de comptoir, les fanfaronnades obligées, la servilité têtue des coquettes, toutes à l’art de plaire, ou la simple soumission au rôle féminin répété depuis l’enfance, malgré les rebuffades et jérémiades en œillades. « Cette femme blanche heureuse qu’on nous brandit tout le temps sous le nez, celle à laquelle on devrait faire l’effort de ressembler, à part qu’elle a l’air de beaucoup s’emmerder pour pas grand-chose, de toutes façons je ne l’ai jamais croisée, nulle part. ». A la parole toujours confisquée et aux gémissements plaintifs, l’iconoclaste Virginie Despentes oppose la punk attitude et la verve libertaire d’un verbe cinglant, qui épingle drôlement les clichés autant qu’il revendique de s’en émanciper. « Dire les choses frontalement et penser la parole comme vecteur d’énergie collective : le point de départ du travail est là, conjugué avec la rencontre entre un texte et une actrice. », explique la metteuse en scène Cécile Backès, qui retrouve Salima Boutebal pour ce solo performance. Blonde peroxydée, moulant ses formes rondes sous une nuisette coquine, la comédienne porte le texte en musique, avec une ironie mâtinée de candeur provocante. Le féminisme est ici dissident, heureusement rebelle.
