Kroum l’ectoplasme
Plateau 31 / Kroum l’ectoplasme / de Hanokh Levin / mes de Stéphanie Chévara
A trente-huit ans, Kroum revient chez sa mère, après avoir tenté, et manqué, sa chance à l’étranger. Il retrouve ses amis, ses anciennes amours et la ville de sa jeunesse, comprend pourquoi il les a quittés et se demande ce qui a pu le pousser à les retrouver ! Même Trouda-la-bougeotte, Doupa-la godiche et Tougati-l’affligé ne parviennent pas à lui redonner goût à « recommencer à vivre ». Julien Peissel a imaginée une scénographie modulable qui intègre vingt-trois décors dans l’espace du Plateau 31. Neuf comédiens incarnent les dix-neuf personnages de la pièce, qui entourent la solitude de Kroum sans parvenir à la peupler. Moby, Thelma Houston, Luis Mariano et Paolo Conte : la bande son est éclectique et diverse, à l’instar de la société israélienne que décrit Hanokh Levin, et, comme souvent dans les pièces de cet auteur, elle occupe une place dramaturgique importante. Stéphanie Chévara s’empare de cette comédie dramatique qui illustre ce qu’est une vie : « un temps, nourri d’attentes et de rêves, encombré des difficultés du quotidien et de la vie en société. »
