Ce projet résolument placée sous le signe du divertissement par ses concepteurs Jean-Hervé Appéré (mise en scène) et Gil Coudène (adaptation) prend le parti radical de transformer l’opéra de Mozart en véritable spectacle populaire et familial. Découverte lors du festival d’Avignon Off en 2007, cette « Flûte » pour « 4 musiciens et 11 comédiens dans un Mozart pour rire et pour rêver » peut notamment représenter pour les mélomanes en culottes courtes une sympathique porte d’entrée dédramatisée et fantaisiste dans le monde lyrique mozartien. L’occasion de se souvenir que l’ouvrage a été composé pour le public haut en couleurs d’un petit théâtre populaire des faubourgs de Vienne… Puristes s’abstenir !
