GUYANCOURT / THEATRE DE SAINT-QUENTIN-EN-YVELINES HORS LES MURS / JAZZ ET CUISINE
Musicien aux talents multiples – flûtiste classique de formation, saxophoniste, compositeur, orchestrateur, producteur, arrangeur et touche-à-tout en électronique musicale – Joce Mienniel a terminé ses études au Conservatoire Supérieur de Musique de Paris en 2004 avec un Premier Prix de Jazz à l’unanimité et les félicitations du jury. Depuis son parcours l’a conduit à rejoindre les rangs de l’Orchestre National de Jazz sous la direction de Daniel Yvinec, à créer son propre label (Drugstore Malone), et surtout à mener de nombreux projets sous son nom. Sa nouvelle proposition éclaire un autre de ses savoir-faire, acquis dans sa jeunesse à l’école hôtelière de Thonon-les-Bains : la cuisine ! Au cours de trois soirées consécutives dans les labos du lycée hôtelier de Guyancourt, il a imaginé de réunir dans un dialogue alléchant trois chefs cuisiniers et trois chefs d’orchestre différents pour une performance « live » où chacun jouera sa partition à vue. Avec les groupes du saxophoniste Sylvain Rifflet (le 20), de la trompettiste Airelle Besson avec l’indispensable Hugues Mayot à la clarinette (le 21), et de Joce Mienniel lui-même (le 22). Le casting des chefs n’est pas connu à ce jour.
