L’accident de solex du père Larguit, la chute malencontreuse du tympan du portail nord de l’église sur la tête de Madeleine Vigne, la triste histoire de Christine Letourneux, la vie de la dynastie Bigot, de la famille Grangeon et d’anonymes pas si anonymes que ça… Le texte de Patrick Kermann, joyeux, féroce, tendre et drôle, dresse la chronique d’un village imaginaire en faisant parler les morts du cimetière communal. La Compagnie La Vaste Entreprise propose « une installation théâtrale, moulin à paroles, oratorio-solo » où un seul comédien s’empare de la trentaine de personnages qui sortent de terre pour « implorer ou rabrouer, pleurnicher ou dénoncer, s’aimer ou se chamailler encore un peu, raconter, dire les désirs qui jamais ne s’éteignent, rectifier, avouer ». Prenant appui sur la musicalité de l’écriture et jouant du rythme pour donner une couleur à chaque revenant, Nicolas Heredia interprète, avec entrain, cette danse macabre, enlevée et jubilatoire.
