Ils sont deux. Deux voix, deux continents, deux univers séparés autant par la géographie que par l’histoire, par la cuisine, la langue, par tous ces éléments plus ou moins repérables qui s’empilent afin de structurer l’identité. Un point commun cependant : ils sont juifs et français. Elle est née en Tunisie et a grandi à Sarcelles. Lui est venu de l’Est de l’Europe pour rejoindre le pays des droits de l’homme, où il a fallu se cacher pour échapper à la mort. Sonia Koskas et Maurice Delaistier ont coécrit ce spectacle qui s’annonce savoureux et sensible, plongeant dans le monde de l’enfance, dans les résonances d’un héritage à la fois intime et culturel. « Leur rencontre s’éclaire de multiples déracinements, errances et ré-enracinements de leurs aïeux. » confie Maurice Delaistier. « Ils se racontent des histoires de sans-papiers, de va-nu-pieds, de saute-frontières et d’intégration. » Séfarland ou Yiddishland, bercés de musiques traditionnelles, de mots importés et transmis comme un parfum, entre la rose et le pavot…
