FESTIVAL / PARIS
Cette année, le Festival remet en scène trois créations précédentes : « Un Rêve au-delà », monologue musical du dramaturge Dieudonné Niangouna (le 12 mai), et deux rencontres nouées en 2014 dans l’underground cairote entre les gnawa Nass Makan et une triplette jazz menée par Médéric Collignon (le 7 mai), entre le jeune rappeur soufi Abdullah Miniawy et le oudiste Mehdi Haddab (le 11 mai).
Une ébullition toujours en recherche
C’est au long de trois cabarets collector sous chapiteau que le jazz et la chanson mènent ensuite une revue hybride, sans frontière de discipline. Là vont se créer des moments de surprise et d’anthologie, de multiples petites fêtes artistiques où kora, accordéon, harpe ou viole de gambe construisent un work in progress guidé par le fil rouge d’une funambule et d’un dessinateur, avec les voix de Babx et Nosfell (le 13 mai), ou dans une forme où la contrebassiste Joëlle Léandre et la chanteuse Elise Caron répondent à la farce acrobatique de Camille Boitel (le 14 mai). Apothéose finale, la soirée du 15 verra se succéder diphonies mongoles électrisées, le projet Nacer Blanco de Borja Flames où balafon, violimba et synthé se mêlent aux textures vocales et percussives, et un Magnetic Ensemble augmenté de Thomas de Pourquery et Nosfell.
