C’est un bijou encore méconnu des mélomanes. Le Théâtre impérial de Compiègne, construit au XIXème siècle mais laissé inachevé, se distingue tant par son architecture néo-classique que par sa qualité acoustique. Dans ce cadre sera donné ce mois-ci un ouvrage totalement oublié : La Zingara. Cet opéra, composé à l’origine par le napolitain Rinaldo di Capua, a été entièrement réécrit en 1755 par Charles Simon Favart. Le résultat final est d’une légèreté exquise, « profondément superficiel » comme dirait Warhol ! Jérôme Correas a réuni son ensemble des Paladins et un trio de jeunes chanteurs prometteurs : Emmanuelle Goizé, David Ghilardi et Vincent Vantyghem. La mise en scène est signée André Fornier, fondateur de la Compagnie l’Opéra-Théâtre.
