direction artistique, chorégraphie et scénographie Phia Ménard
Conte visuel et féérique sur la capacité d’une interprète-marionnettiste (Cécile Briand, en alternance avec Silvano Nogueira) à donner la vie et à la reprendre, L’Après-midi d’un foehn est destiné à tous les publics à partir de 4 ans. Pièce plus dangereuse, plus sombre (incarnée par Phia Ménard), prenant la forme d’un combat existentiel pour devenir soi, Vortex s’adresse, elle, aux adultes et aux adolescents. Les deux performances de la Compagnie Non Nova (compagnie fondée par Phia Ménard en 1998) forment les volets d’un diptyque qui ne dit pas son nom. Elles jouent chacune avec le vent pour nous parler de l’être, de la transformation, de l’identité.
Le vent comme matière de transformation
Créées en 2011, Vortex et L’Après-midi d’un foehn nous plongent dans des univers à la frontière du fantastique et de la métaphysique. Rien n’est jamais simpliste ou didactique dans ces propositions qui — bien que d’une grande maîtrise, d’une grande technicité — nous interrogent sur l’insaisissable, sur l’impalpable, sur les forces invisibles qui amènent des êtres et des figures à échapper aux normes qui les contraignent. Ces mises en jeu ludiques ou ténébreuses nous ouvrent les portes d’ailleurs inattendus. Elles nous confrontent, entre résistance et abandon, à nos instabilités les plus profondes.
