Comment demander une augmentation de salaire à votre chef de service ? Suivez la fiche Perec, c’est une entrée dans les classiques du genre. L’Augmentation a séduit la metteuse en scène Marie Martin-Guyonnet grâce aux formes de la pièce qui tiennent lieu de personnages, la proposition, l’alternative, l’hypothèse positive, l’hypothèse négative, le choix, la conclusion. Les « caractères » des ressources humaines d’une entreprise sont ainsi incarnés par trois comédiens, Jehanne Carillon, Marc Lallement et Olivier Salon : l’employé, la secrétaire, le sous-chef, le chef … l’autre, également. L’introduction de chants apporte des respirations au puzzle. L’espace scénique recouvre des lieux divers, les fameuses espèces d’espaces. Pour la scénographie, les tableaux de Mondrian dont les compositions appellent la disparition du réel visible, sont d’une grande inspiration. La scène est à la fois, l’ « open space » et le cloisonnement concret et mental du bureau. L’Augmentation reste un sujet d’actualité dans sa référence à l’usure mentale, une conséquence de la globalisation et des diktats du marché. Un spectacle vivifiant, pour lutter contre l’anéantissement de l’être.
