Artistic Théâtre / de Molière / mes Frédérique Lazarini
Saturne méchant, avide et cupide, castrateur de son fils et canaille cacochyme et libidinale, bourgeois laborieux qui a passé sa vie à gagner l’argent qu’il est incapable de dépenser, Harpagon est un bien méchant homme ! Frédérique Lazarini a choisi de rendre compte de l’aspect « farcesque et passionnel » de la pièce de Molière où la jeunesse exaltée parvient à renverser le tyran qui veut l’empêcher de jouir à son aise. Dans un jardin à l’abandon, où rien ne fleurit, ne croit ni ne prospère (puisque l’on sait bien que l’argent semé ne pousse jamais !), Elise et Cléante agonisent d’ennui et de tristesse. Ils aiment des jouvenceaux joyeux et plaisants, mais le barbon veut les en empêcher ! Fort heureusement, la diablerie des domestiques vient au secours de la pureté des sentiments. Frédérique Lazarini et les siens font souffler la tempête dans le jardin familial et célèbrent les noces joyeuses de la comédie et de la révolte.
