Perpignan / Occitanie / Festival Musique sacrée
Valeurs montantes de la nouvelle génération, Théotime Langlois de Swarte avec son ensemble Le Consort, et le contre-ténor Paul-Antoine Bénos-Djian proposent, le 1er avril, un récital autour de Purcell et ses emblèmes mélancoliques, O solitude et Music for a while. Mais ce sont d’abord des programmes enjambant les époques et les répertoires que s’attache à défendre le Festival. Ainsi, le 31 mars, Lila Hajosi et l’Ensemble Irini jettent un pont entre les polyphonies d’Isaac, représentant de la Renaissance italo-flamande, et celles de la Géorgie orthodoxe. Le 4 avril, David Bobée met le Stabat Mater de Pergolèse sur la scène de l’Archipel, avec Sébastien d’Hérin et Les Nouveaux Caractères, et les ressources de la danse et du cirque. Le 6, le choeur A Filetta chante les polyphonies méditerranéennes revisitées par Jean-Claude Acquaviva avec le saxophoniste Peter Corser. Mais c’est sans doute la soirée de clôture, le 8, qui condense le mieux l’œcuménisme fécond du Festival, dans le millénaire creuset musical et religieux de Jérusalem reconstitué par Simon-Pierre Bestion et sa compagnie La Tempête.
