Le Frigo, dit Olivier Sanquer, c’est « Don Quijote sorti du congélateur. Une fuite éternelle dans l’imaginaire pour échapper à la réalité froide ». Quid du contenu du réfrigérateur, mystère ! Mais autour de lui, gravite une kyrielle de personnages plus déjantés les uns que les autres. L., d’abord, diva hyperactive et délirante, et le carnaval qui l’entoure : sa mère, son majordome, un détective, un chien, et même un rat… Si Copi avait lui-même créé la pièce en interprétant tous les personnages, Olivier Sanquer les confie à deux comédiens de la compagnie Nacéo, évitant ainsi « la pâle imitation ». Même volonté d’originalité dans Roméo et Juliette, pour « une overdose d’amour, une interprétation décoiffante allant à l’essentiel pour mieux sublimer la beauté du texte. De l’amour, en fusée jusqu’à Vénus ou à exploser en plein vol, à rire à la face de la lune ou à pleurer aux étoiles. »
