Théâtre de la Carreterie / d’après Philippe Lançon / mes Avner Camus Perez et Olivier Morin
Grand succès de librairies, récompensé en 2018 par les prix Femina et Renaudot, Le Lambeau de Philippe Lançon a été reçu par ses lecteurs et par la critique non seulement comme une œuvre littéraire, mais aussi comme une offrande. Grâce au récit âpre, détaillé, de son parcours psychologique et médical de rescapé de l’attentat du 7 janvier 2015, l’auteur nous permettait d’être au plus proche des victimes. Pour mieux en faire le deuil. À leur tour, c’est comme un don que Avner Camus Perez et Olivier Morin abordent le livre. En toute sobriété.
Fragments d’un discours douloureux
Pour donner à entendre les mots, la résilience de Philippe Lançon, les deux artistes ont opté pour une sélection de plusieurs fragments du récit. Ils s’effacent derrière ce témoignage. Ils s’en font les passeurs, ou les metteurs en voix et en musique. Accompagnés à la percussion par Benjamin Perez, c’est ainsi à l’essence du théâtre qu’ils reviennent pour dire dans un même temps la douleur et l’urgence de la surmonter. L’inquiétude quant au futur et la nécessité d’y avancer d’un pas résolu. Sans esprit de vengeance. Avec, envers et contre tout, un amour des autres et de la vie dont la blessure éprouvée par tous en 2015 est encore vive.
