Théâtre de l’Ouest Parisien / de Sacha Guitry / mes Julien Sibre
« Toute mon ambition est de distraire durant une heure trente au moins », confie Julien Sibre qui, après A Flanc de colline au Théâtre Tristan-Bernard, en 2013, explore à présent l’œuvre de Sacha Guitry. Il crée Le Mari, le Femme et l’Amant, une comédie au sein de laquelle un couple marié voit son bonheur se fissurer le jour où la femme décide, soudainement gagnée par l’appel de la vertu, de cesser de voir son amant. Fervent admirateur du célèbre auteur de boulevard, le metteur en scène a travaillé à retrouver sur le plateau du Théâtre de l’Ouest parisien « [le] verbe, [la] faconde et [la] modernité » qu’il l’ont toujours séduit dans l’écriture de Sacha Guitry. Effets burlesques, standards de jazz, scénographie inspirée du film Le Grand Budapest Hôtel, plumes et smokings des Années folles… Une création envisagée comme un pur divertissement : entre lucidité, ironie et cocasserie des contradictions humaines.
