Le point de départ est celui de la reconstruction. Celle d’une femme qui se réveille après un coma, dépossédée de son corps et de son environnement. Une identité à reconstruire. Tout l’enjeu de cette pièce au-delà des mots est de donner à voir sur scène la réalité intérieure de Jade, le flux de ses perceptions, de sa conscience. D’autres langages, plus à même de traduire ses émotions, son état d’esprit, son cheminement vers la reconstruction sont sollicités. La musique notamment, le violon yiddish, la lumière et ses jeux d’intensité, certains éléments choisis du décor, et le corps jouent le rôle d’amplificateurs émotionnels d’un sans parole mis en mouvement par le mime et la danse pour donner à vivre une expérience sensorielle. Par opposition, la prise de parole exprime un ancrage plus flagrant dans l’actuel, dans le quotidien des proches de Jade en donnant à entendre, en creux, la trace indicible du traumatisme qui appelle l’évitement, la méfiance, l’incompréhension. Spontanée, instinctive, de la quasi-animalité jusqu’à la sophistication, Sandrine Bonnaire transmet cette histoire, celle « d’une femme détruite qui vit une renaissance en s’appuyant sur ses propres ressorts ».
