MUSIQUE SACRÉE / ORATOIRE DU LOUVRE & VERSAILLES
La floraison des Passions de Bach durant la Semaine sainte ferait presque oublier que d’autres traditions musicales existent pour accompagner ce temps fort de l’année chrétienne. Vincent Dumestre et Le Poème harmonique s’emploient, à l’occasion de deux concerts, à explorer le répertoire des Leçons de ténèbres, genre liturgique propre au baroque français, s’appuyant sur les Lamentations de Jérémie et illustré par les compositeurs de la Cour au Grand Siècle. À l’Oratoire du Louvre Vincent Dumestre dirige les Leçons de Delalande, ainsi que les Méditations pour le carême de Charpentier. À la Chapelle royale de Versailles, il interprète les trois Leçons de ténèbres du mercredi saint de Couperin, les seules à avoir été conservées et que Le Poème harmonique a enregistré l’an dernier dans ces lieux pour le label Alpha. Au programme également, le Miserere de Clérambault.
