Cette forme singulière est portée par la compagnie De Facto et son directeur artistique Antoine Laubin. Le Réserviste voit trois acteurs donner voix et corps à un homme qui a décidé de se placer en réserve de la société. Non pas d’un point de vue militaire, comme on l’entend ordinairement. Mais de celui de l’activité professionnelle, autre mode d’enrôlement de nos sociétés.
Les spectateurs sur le plateau, les comédiens dans les gradins
Pas question pour cet homme de déserter, mais plutôt l’envie de se préparer, d’être prêt au cas où il viendrait à être appelé. Comme un réserviste de l’armée qui, peut-être, n’a pas plus que cela envie de travailler. Les codes sont bousculés, dans la fiction comme sur scène : les spectateurs prennent place sur le plateau, les comédiens dans les gradins. Et s’insérant dans le spectacle, un invité venu des sciences humaines, à chaque représentation différent, apporte son éclairage sur le sens du travail. Un dispositif propre à interroger nos modes de pensée et la juste place qu’il faudrait réserver à ce qui est devenu une valeur dominante dans notre société. « Je n’ai pas besoin d’un travail, j’ai besoin d’un salaire ! » clame le réserviste. N’aurait-on pas envie de faire comme lui ?
