OPERETTE SECRETE / LA NACELLE
L’ethnologue Germaine Tillion est déportée an 1943 au camp de Ravensbrück. Avec ses codétenues, elle y compose en cachette Le Verfügbar aux Enfers, une opérette qui tourne en dérision la vie au camp d’une Verfügbar, nom donné aux femmes déportées soumises au travail. Assemblage ludique de chansons, d’opérettes (Phi-Phi de Christiné, Ciboulette de Reynaldo Hahn, Orphée aux Enfers d’Offenbach…) et de grands airs de musique classique (Orphée et Eurydice de Gluck, Chanson triste de Duparc…) sur de nouvelles paroles, cette œuvre comique utilise le rire comme échappatoire. Décédée en 2008, la compositrice a pu voir son œuvre jouée pour la première fois dans un théâtre en 2007. Il ne faut pas rater cette œuvre rare, divertissement irrésistible, porteur d’espoir et de vie.
