Pour les 25 ans de Faits d’Hiver, pas de commémoration mais la constatation que Thomas Lebrun a été le compagnon de route incontournable de ce festival. C’est pourquoi il y présentera sa création 2023 : L’envahissement de l’être (danser avec Duras). Cependant, on ne saurait réduire ce festival qui comprend 56 représentations dont 16 créations au seul directeur du CCN de Tours. Faits d’Hiver fait le tour du paysage chorégraphique contemporain, avec des œuvres diversifiées, impertinentes, surprenantes. Il rassemble artistes confirmés et compagnies émergentes, du solo au grand ensemble. Ainsi, Lorena Dozio interroge l’invisible dans Comme un saut immobile, et Rebecca Journo se demande si le mouvement peut rendre visible l’imperceptible dans Portrait, tandis qu’Erika Zueneli se lance dans une pièce chorale pour dix interprètes intitulée Landfall. Marlène Rostaing se prend pour la Vierge dans Marie blues, et Christine Armanger réinterroge L’Apocalypse selon Saint Jean avec humour et gravité dans Je vois, venant de la mer, une bête monte.
Effets divers
Yvan Alexandre fête ses 30 ans de compagnie avec son duo Infinité et Claude Brumachon et Benjamin Lamarche nous racontent quarante ans de danse contemporaine française à travers leur parcours de vie, de voyages, de mouvements, dans Une passion dévoilée. Le festival fait la part belle à la musique, qu’il s’agisse de Partition(s) de Jean-Christophe Boclé sur les Suites pour violoncelle de Jean-Sébastien Bach, d’ARPEGGIONE et CANTATES/2 de Louis Barreau, où Bach voisine avec Schubert, de Scarbo de Ioannis Mandafounis sur Ravel et Debussy, mais aussi de Jukebox de Serena Malacco où les spectateurs sont invités à choisir des musiques à partir de tubes qui déterminent les danses sur le plateau. Sont présentes aussi des créatures ébouriffées dans Les Arrières-mondes de la compagnie Mossoux-Bonté ou dans Onironauta de Tânia Carvalho. On trouve aussi dans ce festival des rencontres qui ne se font pas comme dans ZAMAN contre sans toi de Yaïr Barelli, des projets participatifs comme le Loto 3000 du Collectif Es, ou Nulle part & partout de Myriam Gourfink, avec une trentaine d’amateurs. Sans oublier, parmi beaucoup d’autres spectacles à découvrir, la folle soirée de clôture, Blitz tapis rouge, confiée à La Bazooka.
