Caroline Loeb est à l’origine de ce spectacle flamboyant, un florilège musical plein d’humour et d’extravagante légèreté. L’argument est élémentaire : un quintette de musique a perdu sa cinquième pièce ; le fuyard, parti aux antipodes avec sa dulcinée, est remplacé par un homme de ménage talentueux et musicien à ses heures. La petite troupe décidée et motivée n’en part pas moins à la recherche de l’ami initial défaillant. Avec l’art maîtrisé des concertistes, le spectacle offre une ambiance conviviale et chaleureuse, agrémentée de facéties – comme l’animation burlesque des accessoires -, de claquettes et de déguisements. L’enchantement visuel est à la mesure de l’émerveillement musical avec ses images d’oiseau coloré de la forêt amazonienne ou bien de gondole vénitienne. Les cinq globe-trotters ne sont pas si déjantés que ça ; avec gourmandise, ils goûtent à la vie afin de mieux la donner en partage dans la joie et le rire. Un concert tonique et amusé.
