Théâtre du Verbe fou / de René de Obaldia / mes Myrtille Buttner
En 2012, la compagnie Le Contrepoint créait un festival Obaldia avec 12 pièces du doyen de l’Académie-Française. Six ans après, elle renouvelle son attachement à cet auteur en montant Les Bons Bourgeois, une pièce écrite en alexandrins qui s’ouvre sur le modèle des Femmes savantes de Molière. Les Basson-d’Argueil, bons bourgeois douillettement installés dans leur luxueux appartement, entendent gronder Mai 68 au-dehors mais ne songent qu’à marier leur fille à un énarque. Selon la metteuse en scène Myrtille Buttner, ils sont « en total décalage avec l’Histoire en train de s’écrire. Mais en parfaite harmonie avec l’écriture flamboyante et irrésistiblement drôle de René de Obaldia. » Satire des mœurs bourgeoises, langue émaillée de néologismes fantaisistes et de rimes insolites marquent ce texte créé en 1980. A noter la présence de René de Obaldia pour une causerie le lundi 9 juillet à 14h30 au Théâtre du Verbe fou.
