« Rien n’est plus drôle et ludique, pratique aussi, que l’écriture, que l’invention langagière, que la réflexion même sur le monde et sur les formes de l’art. » lance Xavier Maurel, directeur artistique des Contemporaines. Tendres amis, lyriques esbroufeurs ou comiques comparses, de temps à autre tragiques, parfois coquins, voire chafouins, les mots croquent la vie à plein cœur et dessinent notre vision du réel de leurs traits de plume. Préfigurant la collaboration prévue pour la saison prochaine entre le Théâtre 95 et l’association Carrefour des écritures, ce festival dédié aux écritures contemporaines conjugue théâtre, musique, chant, et vidéo sur tous les tons. C’est Au bord de l’eau, en compagnie d’Eve Bonfanti et Yves Hunstad, que débutera cette « semaine de mots dans tous les sens ». Duo d’irrésistibles faux-monnayeurs de la représentation, ces deux-là fabriquent un théâtre à vue, qui, d’entourloupes en surprises, de fausses pistes en développements surréalistes, jongle avec l’art de simuler l’apparence du rien et de jouer avec tout.

Entre concert rock, slam et théâtre, le Crève-cœur fait vibrer l’écriture de Jehan Rictus, soit une harangue syncopée, musicale, dressée par la colère. Puisant parmi Les Soliloques du pauvre, le metteur en scène Alexis Moati a composé une partition où résonnent l’inégalité et l’individualisme de notre société, au rythme des samples de Christophe Perruchi, ex-clavier chez Noir Désir. En échos, Sham remixe l’étranger passe le célèbre roman d’Albert Camus à la lumière d’aujourd’hui pour lui donner tout son éclat tranchant. Dirigé par Alan Boone, Serge Hamon associe l’énergie du hip-hop et le phrasé du slam, bousculant la forme de la représentation et réconciliant esthétique et politique. Enfin, la chanteuse et comédienne Frédérique Wolf-Michaux se jettera dans le flot tempétueux de L’Ode maritime, de Fernando Pessoa. Cette fresque hallucinée, qui se propage jusqu’aux nerfs en un déferlement de sonorités, chavire les sens vers les grands fonds d’un voyage intérieur. Histoire encore de croire à la force des mots, là, au cœur de l’imaginaire.
