Auditorium Saint-Germain / d’August Strindberg / mes Frédéric Fage
Un homme (Gustave) vient réclamer des comptes à son ancienne épouse (Tekla), une romancière devenue célèbre grâce à son second mari (Adolf), peintre-sculpteur qui a lancé sa carrière… Dans Les Créanciers, August Strindberg met en place un trio amoureux au sein duquel les bénéfices sentimentaux équivalent à des lignes de crédits. Ce trio, le metteur en scène Frédéric Fage le confie à Maroussia Henrich, Benjamin Lhommas et Julien Rousseaux. « Adolf sera un personnage très actuel, beau, tatoué et très attachant, explique Frédéric Fage. Gustave, quant à lui, répondra à un style très bobo. Seule Tekla correspondra à une beauté classique, diaboliquement rousse et dangereusement attirante. » Dans les habits de notre XXIème siècle, les trois jeunes comédiens auront pour charge de renouveler le genre de cette tragi-comédie « pour élargir sa diffusion à un public plus large, notamment auprès des jeunes ». Cela en allant chercher du côté de la violence, de la fougue, inhérentes aux premières amours.
