La Briqueterie / temps fort
Parmi ce foisonnement, quelques premières à ne pas manquer : Les Clameurs du chorégraphe syrien Mithkal Alzghair prennent la forme d’un solo où l’homme se livre à un monde où la catastrophe est peut-être déjà arrivée. Avec son corps comme journal de bord, il traverse des paysages tout autant fragmentés que résilients. C’est également une catastrophe qui est à l’origine de la création du dramaturge brésilien Gaston Core. Sensible à la disparition du dernier mâle rhinocéros blanc, il offre le solo The Very Last Northern White Rhino au danseur Nico Yao Dapre alias Oulouy. De quoi cet homme seul devient-il le symbole ? Venu des danses urbaines, il figure à la fois le survivant qui attend son heure, et l’épuisement d’une espèce.
Des costumes à danser
Depuis la belle surprise de sa création Au cœur, on est impatient de suivre le travail de Dalila Belaza. Figures, son nouveau projet, s’appuie sur la proposition de la plasticienne-costumière Jeanne Vicerial, autour d’un costume-personnage pouvant recouvrir son corps. D’autres images, d’autres folklores surgissent de cette matière noire envoûtée par la danse. D’autres spectacles jalonnent ces Excentriques de leurs points de vue décalés : c’est le cas par exemple de Vaca d’Anne Chirescu, ou de la performance Entre, qui active les épingles du vêtement-sculpture de Nawelle Aïnèche.
