Les Fêtes du parc royal sont l’un des moments enchanteurs de la saison des Fêtes de Versailles. On y découvrira d’abord Narcisse Guette, annoncé comme « spectacle à fleur d’eau » (du 26 au 28 juin à 22h).L’eau se fait miroir et invitation au voyage, au gré des machines poétiques de la compagnie Ilotopie, qui flottent dans la nuit. C’est à un autre type de voyage que nous invite le Phun avec son spectacle Les Gûmes : un parcours fantaisiste dans le Jardin de Marie-Antoinette (du 10 au 14 juillet, à 19h et 21h), ponctué de la découverte de créatures potagères et entraînantes. Les 1er et 2 juillet à 21H, le Ballet de Tokyo investit Versailles pour un hommage au chorégraphe Maurice Béjart, récemment disparu. On y verra des œuvres marquantes, qu’il est urgent de voir ou revoir : Le Sacre du printemps, La Luna, le Boléro, qui ont laissé leur empreinte sur la danse de la seconde moitié du XXe siècle.
Les Nuits du Bassin de Neptune
C’est en outre l’occasion d’admirer l’étoile Sylvie Guillem, l’une des grandes interprètes de l’œuvre de Maurice Béjart, qui participera exceptionnellement à cet hommage. L’éblouissement devrait se poursuivre avec les programmes suivants. Le Groupe F (célèbre, entre autres, pour son embrasement de la Tour Eiffel en 2000), enflammera cette fois l’eau du Bassin de Neptune : du 17 au 19 juillet à 22H, La Face cachée du soleil, spectacle pyrotechnique et musical inspiré du règne de Louis XIV, nous entraîne dans un périple vers la lumière. Le dernier programme sera un spectacle équestre : Les Juments de la Nuit, création de Bartabas, à partir du 29 août, à 21H30. Bartabas livre son imaginaire lié au Japon et à l’univers de Shakespeare. Il confie l’interprétation du personnage de Lady Macbeth à la danseuse Miyoko Schida, qui s’inspirera à la fois du kabuki, du buto et des danses de Loïe Fuller.
