Théâtre 95 / de Molière / mes Christophe Thiry
Deux pères avaricieux font face à deux fils amoureux ardents des élues de leur coeur : larmes et joies sont au programme, et la morale autoritaire en prend pour son grade. Le traditionnel conflit entre les fils et les pères, à cause de ces unions non autorisées, donne lieu à une comédie délirante, pleine de folie et fantaisie. Habile ouvrier de ressorts et d’intrigues, Scapin le valet tire les ficelles et règne en maître. Comme le souligne le metteur en scène Christophe Thiry, l ‘argent, l’amour et les plaisirs mènent la danse, mais ce qui est drôle, c’est le deuxième degré, « la violence inimaginable qui, au final, ne fait jamais mal ». Dans un décor maritime et portuaire ingénieux avec cordages, bouées, échelles et passerelles, et grâce à des interprètes talentueux, il fait résonner la fable avec éclat et émotion, sans transposition contemporaine mais en reliant allègrement les siècles. Une course trépidante et profondément vivante.
