Comédie de Picardie / d’après (très lointainement) l’histoire des Atrides / de Jean-Michel Rabeux et Gilles Ostrowsky / mes Jean-Michel Rabeux
« Là on va pas se priver, on va les faire parler les morts ! » promet l’acteur Gilles Ostrowsky, à qui Nicolas Auvray, directeur de la Comédie de Picardie, a proposé de créer un solo. Le comédien est allé en parler à l’auteur et metteur en scène Jean-Michel Rabeux, qui sait se saisir de toute la liberté d’inventer que permet le théâtre. «La pièce se fabrique à même le plateau, à partir de Gilles et de sa puissance comique insensée, sans texte de départ mais avec un thème : délirer de façon grotesque sur le mythe de L’Orestie. » Furieux comme Oreste, furieux comme le sont les Atrides marqués par le sang et les meurtres familiaux, jusqu’au festin des enfants tués et servis avec une sauce au vin : ainsi est Ostrowsky, sur le fil entre un comique irrésistible et un tragique absolu. Ostrowsky tourne en dérision l’horreur, qui pourtant stupéfie. Tout est possible au théâtre !
