Pour sa saison de réouverture, l’Opéra de Versailles programme la célèbre Trilogie Mozart-Da Ponte dans des productions de différents horizons. La version des Noces de Figaro nous vient ainsi de l’Opéra de Rouen (mais attention : les prix des places, exorbitants, sont ceux de Versailles, pas ceux de Rouen !). Mise en scène par Stephan Grögler, cette production convoque des gosiers prometteurs, notamment le Comte solide de Ricardo Novaro et le Figaro truculent de Carlos Esquivel. A noter aussi que le rôle de Marceline est tenu par la remarquable Sophie Pondjiclis. L’Orchestre est quant à lui dirigé par Oswald Sallaberger, dont le mandat de directeur musical, marqué par de nombreuses tensions, prend fin dans quelques mois. Avis aux amateurs : l’Orchestre de l’Opéra de Rouen est à la recherche d’un nouveau chef qui prendra ses fonctions à partir de la saison 2011/2012, après une saison sans chef permanent.
