Pour son quatrième album en dix ans d’existence, l’excellent groupe Les Pommes de ma douche rend un hommage musical et nostalgique à Paname… Paris, la ville des lumières s’efface ici derrière celle du swing, de la nostalgie, des faubourgs et des chansons qui courent dans les rues… Le répertoire emprunte avec inspiration autant à Emile Vacher, légende du musette, Django (incontournable référence des « Pommes ») ou Cole Porter (I Love paris) qu’aux standards de la chanson française (Francis Lemarque, Aznavour, ou Trénet…). Un programme délectable défendu par un quintette « gadjé » de haute tenue d’où émerge trois virtuoses qui font décoller la musique à chaque mesure : Dominique Rouquier à la guitare, Laurent Zeller au violon et David Rivière (disciple et ex-élève du grand Joe Rossi), solidement soutenus par un tandem rythmique familial composé de Pierre Delaveau (le père guitariste) et Laurent Delaveau (le fiston contrebassiste). Une vraie réussite dans la voie de liberté et de respect que s’est inventée le groupe, dans le sillage de Django Reinhardt qui « reste le lien le plus direct entre le monde gitan et le nôtre » expliquent « Les Pommes ». Un vrai coup de cœur. Nouvel album : "Swing from Paris" chez Chant du Monde/Harmonia Mundi, avec le grand Raphaël Fays (guitare) en invité spécial.
