Bernard Tétu est engagé avec ses Solistes de Lyon dans un exemplaire travail de recherche et de défense de répertoires. Ses deux pôles d’expression privilégiés sont la musique romantique avec piano (en petite formation) et la musique française des XIXè et XXè siècles. La proche actualité parisienne de l’ensemble illustre idéalement cette orientation. Le 5 février à 20h, Bernard Tétu nous convie dans un « Salon de musique française ». Avec la complicité de Cédric Tiberghien au piano, il nous fait voyager dans les univers musicaux et poétiques de nombreux compositeurs du début du XXè siècle dont Maurice Emmanuel, Gabriel Fauré, Chausson, Louis Niedermeyer, Debussy, Schmitt, Jean Françaix et Poulenc, mais aussi du Prince Edmond de Polignac dont le salon fut célèbre et qui fit beaucoup pour les musiciens de son temps. Deux jours plus tard, les mêmes Solistes de Lyon-Bernard Tétu interprètent la version dite « de Londres » du Requiem allemand de Brahms, arrangement de la main du compositeur de son œuvre pour solistes, chœur et orchestre dans une configuration réduite avec piano à 4 mains (ou 2 pianos). Avec Ingrid Péruche (soprano), Jacques Bona (baryton) et les pianistes Emmanuel Strosser et Frédéric Vaysse-Knitter.
