Pierre Notte exagère… C’est dans sa nature. Et depuis toujours, il vitupère en sarcastique contre les faux-culs, les belles âmes et ceux qui s’accommodent de l’exploitation, de l’inféodation, de l’humiliation et de l’intimidation. Tout cela pour un théâtre vif et alerte, aussi drôle qu’iconoclaste. « Ecrire contre, jamais pour. Contre l’impuissance et l’inaction. Ou en réponse, en écho. » Et rire pour faire taire le ricanement complaisant des cyniques, « par souci de décence ». Dans ce nouvel opus, il imagine un monde, à peine plus caricatural que le nôtre, dans lequel, quand on héberge un migrant, on touche une allocation, et s’il se suicide, une prime supplémentaire. L’accueillante (Madame Europe, Muriel Gaudin), le réfugié (le sans domicile accueilli, Clyde Yeguete), et la modératrice (le Politique, la Suisse, la neutralité bienveillante, Silvie Laguna) : trois comédiens et un tabouret incarnent cette tragédie lucide et noire.
