En vrac, un tas de bricoles rafistolées, objets pêle-mêle qui s’empilent à qui mieux mieux, homérique fatras de bric et de broc, et autres esquifs d’imaginaires… Là, au beau milieu de la scène, narguant la gravité par leur équilibre calmement désordonné… jusqu’à la fatale dégringolade. « Mal foutu de fond en comble et qui s’écroule dès qu’il commence et ne cesse ensuite d’empirer : voilà notre spectacle catastrophique. » Camille Boitel avait prévenu, qui maîtrise en virtuose l’art du ratage et les rebonds de la chute en série. Avec ses cinq comparses, tous aussi bancals que lui, il traverse un monde bien déglingué, naviguant à tâtons entre ruines, écroulements intempestifs et rattrapages improbables. Ces drôles de gus, timides maladifs, incurables maladroits, atteints de poussées de lévitation, s’entêtent avec bonheur à vivre l’immédiat présent, luttant contre l’étrange pesanteur des choses et la frénétique pagaille qu’ils ne cessent d’engendrer. Tels les « héros tremblants d’une tragédie sans histoire ».
