Après Ainsi parlait…, qui réunissait déjà Etienne Lepage et Frederick Gravel, artistes inclassables à souhait, sur fond de philosophie nietzschéenne revisitée, voici la Logique du pire. Allant d’anecdotes en démonstrations ou en envolées, le pire se révèle être un puissant corrosif philosophique, à partir du livre éponyme de Clément Rosset qui expose notre rapport au monde sous une lumière cruelle, sombre et ludique. Avec cinq interprètes poussés dans leurs derniers retranchements, Logique du pire est un spectacle où cohabite jeu théâtral, danse et musique dans une esthétique épurée de l’extrême ou de l’insensé, si l’on s’attache à trouver du sens dans les mots et les actes qui émanent du plateau. Et pourtant, impossible d’en faire l’économie. Débutant comme si les interprètes vous avaient invité dans leur quotidien, le spectacle démarre presque à votre insu. On se retrouve vite plongé dans une succession de scènes où corps et texte se rencontrent, s’entrechoquent, alors que les pensées filent et se dispersent à grande vitesse. À chaque moment qui passe, on franchit un cran dans le discours, suscitant pas mal de rires et un vague malaise. Car ce qui est dit est dit. Ici la pensée est comme un sport de combat qui ne laisse personne au repos, et la vie une farce féroce et cruelle qu’il vaut mieux affronter stoïquement.
