L’album « Marseille Marseille » qui sort en préambule à un concert exceptionnel au Café de la Danse se présente comme le manifeste d’une jeune scène provençale, sans frontière et pourtant, au goût du leader, trop isolée des grands circuits musicaux nationaux. Tous les musiciens du projet sont marseillais et délivrent une musique à leur image – métissée, avide d’échanges et reflet de la mixité sociale et ethnique de la cité phocéenne -, musique qui se nourrit habilement et généreusement de jazz, de flamenco, de slam et de musique arabo-andalouse. « Grande cité ensoleillée bercée par les vents, à la forte personnalité, au fort accent, cité de cohabitations radicales, de quartiers chauds très funky, cernée par la mer…
