Théâtre Les Gémeaux / de et mes Emmanuel Robert-Espalieu
Alors que les derniers mois ont été marqués par des revendications pour plus de démocratie directe et, partant, d’implication des citoyens dans la société, la nouvelle comédie d’Emmanuel Robert-Espalieu ne manque pas de résonner particulièrement. Myriam Boyer y interprète Louise, une ouvrière qui a passé toute sa vie en usine à enfiler des baleines de parapluie, et qui annonce à son fils, ex-sportif devenu Youtuber, qu’elle va présenter sa candidature aux élections municipales de sa commune. Son objectif : pas faire de la politique, mais « juste envie d’être utile ». Et pour cela, pas besoin d’avoir fait l’ENA ! Dans cette « comédie humaine qui dépeint notre rapport à la société actuelle avec beaucoup d’humour et de tendresse », selon les propres mots de l’auteur, Emmanuel Robert-Espalieu, qui signe également la mise en scène du spectacle, compose un texte du quotidien, émouvant et sensible.
