Pendant vingt ans, elle s’est tue. Elle a photographié. Depuis 14 ans elle réalise par exemple des portraits de femmes à travers le monde. Son but : « briser les représentations de la Femme poupée et/ou objet que les boites de publicité s’affairent à bombarder partout tout le temps ». Et puis ce medium n’a plus suffi. Depuis très longtemps, Céline Chariot gardait dans le silence un épisode traumatique de sa vie. Un viol. Parce qu’« il n’est jamais trop tôt pour réagir, jamais trop tard pour être libre », elle a pris la plume. De sa mémoire traumatique, elle a fait un texte. Et de ce texte, un spectacle qu’elle intitule Marche salope, en référence à la « Marche des salopes » née en 2011 à Toronto au Canada en réaction aux propos d’un officier de police selon qui « si vous voulez éviter de vous faire violer, il faut éviter de “s’habiller comme une salope“ ». La marche de Céline Chariot se fait sur une voix off, tandis qu’elle se livre à une série d’actions qui représentent la sortie de l’amnésie. Et la naissance d’une poésie.
