D’une beauté sombre, travaillée avec ses quarante-neuf sphères mobiles par un œil plasticien, Mettre en Pièce(s) de Vincent Dupont est d’une violence à fleur de peau. Il faut dire qu’elle revisite Outrage au public, dont des extraits sont projetés en fond de scène. Ce texte plein de fureur de Peter Handke questionnait fortement les attentes du public. C’est aussi l’idée de ce Mettre en Pièce(s), au sens de destruction plutôt que de mise en scène. Les corps sont placés au bord d’un gouffre et se doivent de résister à un engloutissement inévitable. La coïncidence de la pièce avec notre monde d’aujourd’hui est tout sauf fortuite. Il est difficile de ne pas penser aux attentats dans ces gestes répétés d’agressions, dans ces disparitions implacables, dans ces bruits de souffle amplifiés qui secouent notre échine. En tout cas, c’est un combat fascinant, réhaussé par les lumières d’Yves Godin et l’engagement sans faille des six danseurs.
