Le Tarmac Chorégraphie Myriam Soulanges
« La danse est devenue le moyen de m’émanciper, d’élargir mon univers, de construire ma personnalité, de questionner mon identité, de me sentir vivante. » raconte Myriam Soulanges, qui a grandi dans la culture hip-hop, à l’ombre des HLM. La danseuse et chorégraphe est partie en Guadeloupe, en Martinique, pour chercher sa danse, explorer la différence, l’acceptation du déséquilibre, la beauté de l’imperfection… Pour se découvrir elle-même. Ainsi est né Mika, heure locale, poignant duo sur la quête de liberté et ses douloureux arrachements. « L’échappée… celle qui nous amène à nous connaître, à s’identifier avec simplicité et en conscience… Mais il y a aussi dans cette chorégraphie, une affirmation de mes origines, par la musique, le choix des costumes, la scénographie et une touche d’humour local. Je suis véritablement une femme noire caribéenne. ». En scène avec Xavier Chasseur-Daniel, elle est engluée dans le sol, tente de s’échapper, de se libérer, tout comme lui résiste, se rebelle. Ensemble, ils vont oser l’aventure du geste, envers et contre les simulacres de la société marchande, pour atteindre leur vérité.
