Attendu en mars dernier, et évidemment annulé, le festival Guitares au Beffroi fait son retour en cette rentrée et en profite pour changer de nom. Mais pas de concept ni de directeur artistique. Jean-Michel Proust a concocté une nouvelle fois une véritable fête de l’instrument. La manifestation se déploie à la fois à travers un salon qui représente le plus grand rassemblement international de luthiers de guitares (100 exposants et 50 concerts de démonstration sont attendus du 8 au 10/10), une compétition internationale de guitare classique avec le « Concours international Roland Dyens » et enfin une série de concerts de grand intérêt. Quatre soirées sont au programme : Biréli Lagrène et Sylvain Luc, deux géants de l’instrument, ouvrent le feu en duo acoustique le 8 octobre à 20h30, en même temps qu’une soirée dédiée à la guitare classique avec les finalistes de l’édition 2021 et des lauréats des éditions précédentes du Concours Roland Dyens (également le 8/10 à 20h30), le bassiste et chanteur Richard Bona (le 9/10 à 20h30) et enfin le plus français des bardes hollandais, le chanteur (et guitariste) Dick Annegarn, éternel jeune homme de la chanson folk (le 10 à 18h).
