Mouton noir, brebis galeuse ou vilain petit canard, le bouc émissaire permet au groupe de se souder. La détestation commune met les bourreaux à l’abri : le harcelé sert de paratonnerre à la bêtise. Tel est le sort de Camille, qui s’enfonce de jour en jour dans un douloureux quotidien rempli d’humiliations, de pièges et de menaces. En parallèle de l’histoire de l’adolescente, Alex Lorette retrace le destin d’Albi, une jeune truie albinos qui doit lutter pour survivre parmi ses congénères, dans l’univers aseptisé d’un élevage industriel. « Ma sensibilité artistique est tellement à l’unisson avec ce texte que j’aurai aimé en être l’auteur », dit Marie Gaultier, qui réunit quatre jeunes comédiens pour jouer tous les personnages et le cochon. « Lorsqu’on aborde le sujet de l’adolescence, c’est la société entière qu’on interroge », ajoute la metteure en scène. Elle choisit l’humour pour démêler les rets de cette histoire tragique qui questionne la responsabilité du groupe, des parents, de l’institution scolaire et de tous ceux qui, trop souvent, préfèrent ne pas voir.
