Le chef d’orchestre gréco-russe Teodor Currentzis, sacré « chef d’orchestre de l’année 2016 » par la revue World Opera, est l’une des plus belles révélations classiques de ces dernières années.
Actuellement en résidence au Théâtre du Châtelet, l’artiste nous propose un concert intimiste dans l’un des joyaux de l’Ile de la Cité : la Sainte-Chapelle.
« Dans cet écrin irréel de la Sainte-Chapelle à Paris, Teodor Currentzis nous invite à concert exceptionnel. Pour sublimer un programme mettant à l’honneur des œuvres occidentales et byzantines, le chef d’orchestre est venu accompagné des ensembles MusicAeterna et ByzantiAeterna : en tout, deux solistes, cinquante-six chanteurs de chœur et cinq musiciens. »
