Rameau et autres musiques françaises / Auditorium du Louvre
La célébration du 250è anniversaire de la mort de Jean-Philippe Rameau sert de prétexte à un vaste cycle de quatre mois traversant allégrement quatre siècles de musique française sous la Pyramide. C’est à Hervé Niquet que revient l’honneur d’ouvrir le bal (le 14 septembre) avec une conférence intitulée « Le style français : Rameau, une étape » et une carte blanche de musique filmée. Suivront un Week-end Rameau (du 26 au 28) avec la projection de trois œuvres majeures du compositeur (Platée, Les Paladins, Hippolyte et Aricie) par les plus grands interprètes (Minkowski, Christie, Haim). Ecran baissé, de magnifiques interprètes seront aussi présents sur scène pour aborder et vivre en direct d’autres musiques françaises : celles de Vieuxtemps, Liszt et Berlioz sous les doigts de l’altiste Antoine Tamestit et du pianiste Cédric Tiberghien (le 17 à 20h), celles de Fauré, Ravel, Poulenc et Saint-Saëns (le 24 à 20h) avec les frère et soeur Kirill Trouvov (violon) et Alexandra Troussova (piano), ou encore celles d’Alkan, Séverac, Ravel et Widor par le pianiste Daniel Lebhardt (le 25 à 12h30) que l’on découvre sur une scène parisienne, très jeune talent hongrois formé à la Royal Academy of Music de Londres.
