Studio de l’Ermitage / Théâtre 95 / flûte
C’est à l’Abbaye de Royaumont où elle est en résidence que la flûtiste a créé ce répertoire qui ne manque pas de faire écho à l’actualité. Tout est parti d’une expérience à l’hôpital, quand Naïssam Jalal reçoit la visite d’un ami musicien, qui lui joua de la musique dans sa chambre. Elle-même va ainsi se produire en milieu hospitalier, lors de séances collectives de rééducation ou dans l’intimité de services d’oncologie. C’est ainsi que ce répertoire a pris corps et âme. « Ces rituels de guérison imaginaires répondent aux trois impératifs du corps en souffrance : le silence, la transe et la beauté. Le silence pour le calme, l’apaisement et la contemplation. La transe pour l’oubli des douleurs et des angoisses. La beauté dont l’esprit a besoin de se nourrir pour retrouver l’espoir et l’envie de vivre face à la laideur du corps qui souffre. »
